ESG Report
Letter from our CEO
Our Sustainability Report for 2024-2025 represents a chance to highlight the remarkable achievements of Monitored Therapeutics, Inc. (MTI) across the environmental, social, safety, and governance aspects of our operations.
Though our competitive landscape is one of ever-higher expectations and extensive accountability, I am proud as CEO to lead a company that is committed to sustainability, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Our dedication to the environment is evident in our efforts to determine our environmental impact and reduce our carbon footprint. Our initial Scope 1 and 2 emissions audits help us measure and take steps to limit areas under our control, while Scope 3 audits encompass the emissions that the company is indirectly responsible for throughout the supply chain, in combination with our partners. This not only helps us establish targets for each emissions area but to guide specific areas of our business for improvement and assist our partners in meeting their environmental goals, too.
The Monitored Therapeutics’ organization shows unwavering commitment to its team members, as well, with comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement driving high rates of employee retention. Guided by its diverse management team and policy of issuing employee stock options, MTI fosters not just a sense of ownership but a deep culture of quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, we continue to set and achieve a high level of excellence in company-wide security and safety initiatives. Our Security Program, which includes HIPAA, GDPR, 21CFR11 and PIPEDA standards, is followed at all our offices remote sites, while rigorous security protocols ensure the protection of our employees and our customers’ patient data. We also prioritize the health and safety of our workforce, with a focus on injury and illness prevention.
Finally, we have developed and continue to execute a governance strategy that revolves around our Core Values
